First outing with 8

Took an 8 out for first time on the Lee this morning. Combination of new students and a couple of returning athletes. We have a fairly long list of potential rowers and are recruiting all the time. It will be very interesting to see how many last the course and how those that do get on.

World Rowing Championships: Day 7, Finals

World Rowing Championships: Day 3, Reps

Last 250m of several reps, including lm4-, 4x and w4x taken from the Grandstand. There was some very good racing, particularly in the 4x and lm4-. Not surprising with Olympic qualification at stake.
